茎秆扦插繁殖对芦苇出芽率的影响试验

Experiment on the Effect of Cutting Propagation of Stalk on Bud Ratio of Reed

为确定土壤及扦插部位对芦苇出芽率的影响,采用盆栽试验的方法,探讨影响芦苇出芽率的主要因素。试验结果表明:积水有利于芦苇发芽和生长,且菜园土优于盐土;中上部发芽率高于中下部;最佳扦插时间为5月下旬到6月末。

To determine the effect of soil and cutting part on bud ratio of reed,we discussed the main factors which effect the bud ratio of reed by using the method of pot experiment.The experimental results showed that:Ponding was in favour of germination and development of reed,and vegetable garden soil was superior to solonchak;Germination rate in middle-upper part was higher than that in lower middle part;The best cutting time was the last ten-day of May to the end of June.
