摘要
为适应农业供给侧结构改革及农业科技用户需求的转变,基于我国农业现代化的目标,详细分析农业科技创新的支撑、水平及绩效,提出深化农业科技体制改革、提升农业科研管理水平、加强农业科技创新能力等发展策略。
In order to adapt to the agricultural supply-side reform and the transformation in the needs of agricultural science and technology users,this article makes detailed analysis of support,level and performance of innovation of agricultural science and technology and puts forward such development measures as deepening the reform of agricultural science and technology system,improving the management of agricultural scientific research,and strengthening the innovation ability.
