摘要 比较水浸提法和超声波辅助提取法分离提取山药多糖效果的差异性,确定以操作简便的水浸提法作为山药粗多糖的提取方法;并通过单因素试验,确定山药水溶性多糖的最佳提取条件为提取时间3 h、提取温度50℃、物料粉碎程度60目、料液比1∶40。 In this paper,the difference of the effect on extracting Chinese yam polysaccharide by water extraction method and ultrasonic method was compared,and the water extraction method which was easy to operate was determined as the extraction method of Chinese yam polysaccharide;And the optimum extracting process of Chinese yam polysaccharide was determined by single factor experiment:extraction time3h,extraction temperature50℃,degree of grinding60mesh,and feed liquid ratio1∶40.
