摘要
农业职业技能开发基础建设工作是农业职业技能开发、劳动力培养、人才评价等工作的重要基础。分析目前农业职业技能开发基础建设工作中存在的主要问题,并提出发展对策,以期为促进农业职业技能开发基础建设工作再上新台阶提供参考。
Basic construction of agricultural vocational skills development is the important basis of works such as agricultural vocational skills development,labor training,and talent evaluation.This paper analyzed the main problems existing in basic construction of agricultural vocational skills development at present,and put forward development countermeasures,in order to provide reference for promoting basic construction of agricultural vocational skills development to reach a new level.
