摘要
分析了快递企业员工由于劳动强度大、收入水平低等流失的原因,针对这些原因提出了提高员工宿舍条件、提高薪酬福利水平、建立员工培训管理系统、帮助员工制定职业发展规划等具体应对策略。
This paper analyzes the causes of employee turnover in express enterprises.In order to reduce the loss caused by employee turnover,it puts forw ard some solutions,including improving the living environment of employees,offering better salary and welfare,establishing training management system and helping employees to make career development plan.
