近年来,农民负担控制虽然取得了一定的成效,但还有许多不够完善的地方,农民负担反弹的隐患依然存在,某些时候还较为突出。本文针对农民负担的反弹问题,深入剖析其成因,找出当前急需采取的具体措施与对策,为强农惠农富农政策工作的贯彻落实夯实基础。

In recent years,farmer burden control has gotten some effects,but the hidden dangers of burden rebound still exist.In view of farmer burden rebound problem,this paper analyzes the causes and puts forw ard some measures to ensure the implementation of preferential policies for farmers.
