This paper analyzes the development trend of bicycle sharing from the perspective of operator,points out the problems of fierce market competition and high maintenance cost existing in bicycle sharing business.It suggests improving the cycling utilization rate of sharing bicycle,reducing maintenance cost and communicating with government departments in bicycle sharing operation.
