王绵之教授治疗中医脑病遣药用方规律分析

Rule of Formulas Prescribed by Professor WANG Mian-zhi in the Treatment of Brain Diseases

目的:利用中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS)V2.5和SPSS19.0软件,探究王绵之教授治疗脑病遣药用方规律。方法:整理1994~1997年跟随国医大师王绵之教授临诊时收集的治疗脑病处方,建立方药数据库,提取高频药物频次、用药模式、关联规则及核心药物,并对药物进行层次聚类和新方组合分析;并进行药物性味、归经的聚类分析。结果:共收录王老治疗脑病处方77首,包括95味中药,确定16个核心药物配伍,8首新方剂和15个高频药群。结论:王老治疗脑病,肝心脾肾同调,尤重补肝肾、益气养血、活血行气化痰,为脑病的中医药治疗提供了有效的指导。

Objective:To analyze the rule of the formulas prescribed by Professor WANG Mian-zhi in the treatment of brain diseases using TCMISSV2.5(traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system)and SPSS19.0.Methods:The formulas treating brain diseases were collected from1994to1997,to establish the database,frequency and association rules of the Chinese medicinal,and the key medicinal in the formulas were analyzed;the properties,flavors and meridian tropism of the medicinal were carried out by systematic cluster analysis methods.Results:77formulas treating brain diseases were included,a total of95kinds of herbs were involved,there were16core compatibility,8new prescriptions,and15high-frequency medicinal groups.Conclusion:When treating brain diseases,professor Wang focuses on regulating the imbalance of Liver,Heart,Spleen and Kidney,especially invigorating Kidney and Liver,reinforcing Qi and nourishing blood,promoting Qi and removing blood stasis to resolve phlegm.It provides effective guidance to TCM treatment for brain diseases.
