二仙补肾益精解毒方对弱精子症大鼠模型氧化应激损伤的保护机制研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:证实二仙补肾益精解毒方提高弱精子症精子活动力的作用并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:挑选72只弱精子症大鼠模型随机等分为:低、中、高剂量给药组,左卡尼汀对照组,模型对照组和正常对照组6组进行对照,4周后检测精子数量并计算精子活动力;对睾丸生精小管标本进行病理观察;测定MDA、SOD和GSH的含量。结果:低、中、高剂量给药组和左卡尼汀对照组B级精子百分率有改善的趋势;MDA含量均降低,SOD含量及GSH含量均增高;中剂量给药组及左卡尼汀对照组大鼠睾丸生精小管内可见大量各级生精细胞。结论:二仙补肾益精解毒方可以明显提高精子活动力,可以增加生殖细胞对ROS的抗性。 Objective:To observe the protective effect of Erxian Bushen Yijing Jiedu formula improving sperm motility in asthenospermia rats with oxidative stress injury induced by Ornidazole,and to explore its possible mechanism.Methods:72rats were randomly divided into the blank control group,the model group,the Levocarnitine group,and low-dose medication group,middle-dose medication group,and high-dose medication group,the medication groups were treated with Erxian Bushen Yijing Jiedu formula.After four-week treatment,sperm count and sperm motility were evaluated,pathological changes were observed in seminiferous tubules of testicles,and contents of MDA,SOD and GSH-Px in testicles and epididymal tissues were determinated by spectrophotometry.Results:Grade B sperm productivity showed an improved tendency in the three medication groups and in the Levocarnitine group compared to the model group;the content of MDA was decreased,and in the contents of SOD and GSH were increased significantly in the three medication groups and in the Levocarnitine group compared to the model group;Pathological studies showed that a large number of spermatogenic cells were found in the seminiferous tubules in the middle-dose medication group and the Levocarnitine group,which were similar to those in the blank control group.Conclusion:Erxian Bushen Yijing Jiedu formula can improve sperm motility and the resistance of generative cells to ROS.
