朱勉生教授“时空针灸”针法操作特色撷要

Features of Acupuncture Manipulation of Space-time Acupuncture Originated by Professor ZHU Mian-sheng

时空针灸为朱勉生教授基于古代子午流注等按时取穴方法,将时间穴位加以延伸并与空间穴位结合,通过临床实践和理论推演而提出的针灸新学说。时空针灸疗效显着,其最大特色在于时间和空间取穴,手法操作也是时空针灸起效的关键因素之一,本文主要介绍时空针灸的针刺操作方法及特色。时空针灸针法操作关键在于守神调气达到构筑气场的目的。在体位选择、双手脉诊、揣穴行气、调息针刺、针刺顺序、出针方法等方面均具有特色。时空针灸针法以呼吸导引贯穿全过程,主张呼气进针和出针;进针顺序依据时间、男女性别或者用巨刺法;针刺手法以轻柔为主,以得气为目的不追求强烈针感。

Space-time Acupuncture(STA)found by professor ZHU Mian-sheng,is a new kind of acupuncture method according to her clinical practice and research combining time acupoint selection,which is extended from Ziwu Liuzhu,with space acupoint selection.It has been proved significant.Although the kernel of STA is the selection of spatiotemporal acupoint,the acupuncture manipulation is also a critical factor.This research is mainly introducing the manipulation and the features of STA.The key of the manipulation is to hold Shen and regulating Qi.Besides that,it possesses specific feature in position choice,pulse-taking with both hands,exploring acupoint and promoting Qi,pranayama during needling,order of needling,and needle withdrawal.Promoting Qi flow by respiration is running through STA,it claims that inserting and withdrawing the needle when exhaling,the order of needling according to time and gender,contralateral meridian needling is also applied in STA,acupuncture manipulation should be gentle,just getting the needling response,not necessary with strong needle sensation.
