清热利湿化瘀方对前列腺炎患者前列腺液单核细胞趋化因子-1水平影响

Effect of Qingre Lishi Huayu Formula on MCP-1 of Prostatic Fluid in Prostatitis Patients

目的:探讨清热利湿化瘀方对前列腺炎患者前列腺液单核细胞趋化因子-1的影响。方法:选取辽宁中医药大学附属医院泌尿外科自2015年6月—2016年8月收治的符合纳入标准的前列腺炎患者104例,按随机数字表法分组,分别52例,对照组予以左氧氟沙星片常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗上予以清热利湿化瘀方治疗,观察临床相应症状、体征,采集前列腺液(Prostatic fluid,EPS)测定实验室相应指标及炎症因子指标,同时对比临床疗效及并发症。结果:与治疗前比较,两组治疗后NIH-CPSI评分、中医症候积分降低,最大尿流速升高,治疗后前列腺液MCP-1、CCR2、PDGF-BB含量降低,治疗后前列腺液IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α含量降低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组治疗后NIH-CPSI评分、中医症候积分较低,最大尿流速较高,治疗后前列腺液MCP-1、CCR2、PDGF-BB含量较低,治疗后前列腺液IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α含量较低(P<0.05);对照组有效率75.00%与研究组有效率90.38%数据对比,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清热利湿化瘀方治疗前列腺炎的疗效确切,降低前列腺液单核细胞趋化因子-1及炎症指标。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Qingre Lishi Huayu formula on MCP-1(monocyte chemoattractant protein-1)of prostatic fluid in patients suffering from prostatitis.Methods:104patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=52)and the observation group(n=52).The control group was treated with Levofloxacin;on which basis,the observation group was also given Qingre Lishi Huayu formula.Clinical symptoms and signs were observed,laboratory indexes and inflammatory factors were compared in blood and prostatic fluid.Results:Compared to those before the treatment,the scores of NIH-CPSI and TCM syndrome decreased in the both groups after the treatment,and the maximum urine flow rate increased,levels of MCP-1,CCR2,PDGF-BB,IL-1,IL-8,and TNF-αin prostatic fluid decreased after the treatment(P<0.05);of which these above indicators improved more significantly in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05);the clinical effect rate in the control group was75.00%,which was significantly lower than90.38%in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Lishi Huayu formula has obvious curative effect on prostatitis,it can reduce MCP-1and other inflammatory indexes in prostatic fluid.
