中药注射剂使用中存在的问题及改进措施

Analysis of problems and improvements in Chinese medicine injection

目的:探讨中药注射剂临床应用的合理性及对策。方法:抽取江阴市中医院2013—2015年度归档病历共1 800份,对病历中使用的中药注射剂进行合理性分析。结果:所抽取的1 800份病历中有942份使用了中药注射剂,中药注射剂不合理使用率为10.3%,超适应症使用病历为33份(34%)、未进行输液管冲洗27份(27.8%)、溶媒使用不适宜23份(23.7%)。结论:中药注射剂在临床使用中存在一些问题,其临床应用有待进一步规范。

Objective:To explore the rationality and countermeasures of clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine injections.Methods:1800copies of archival records were collected from Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from2013to2015,and the rationality of the traditional Chinese medicine injections was analyzed.Results:There were942patient records using TCM injections in1800patient records.The unreasonable utilization rate of TCM injections was10.3%,including the33medical records beyond the scope of indications(34%),27medical records of no cleaning of infusion tube(27.8%),23medical records of improper solvents selection(23.7%).Conclusion:The clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine injection needs to be further standardized.
