摘要
二氧化锡因其具有高透过率及高电子迁移率已被广泛应用于钙钛矿太阳电池中作为电子传输层。本文采用无水SnCl_4作为锡源前驱,乙醇作为溶剂,水作为氧化剂,通过SnCl_4的水解反应制备了SnO_2电子传输薄膜。研究发现改变溶液中水的比例,可以调控SnO_2薄膜的形貌及光电性能。通过制备工艺优化、将其作为电子传输层最终获得了效率高达17.38%的平面钙钛矿太阳电池。
ecause of the high rate of transmittance and electron mobility,Sn02was widely used as the electron transport layer in perovskite solar cells.This artical explored a method of preparing Sn02electron transport layer through SnCl4hydrolysis process,which utilizes anhydrous SnCl4as tin precursor,ethanol as solvent and water as oxidant.It is found that the morphology and photoelectric properties of Sn02film can be modulated by adjusting the ratio of water to the solution.Through the optimization of production process,efficiency of planar perovskite solar cell improves up to17.38%.
