社会性别平等视角下的妇女权益保障

On the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests from the Perspective of Gender Equality

性别平等和妇女全面发展是人类社会追求的崇高理想,是社会文明进步的重要标尺,也是全面发展中国特色社会主义的事业的重要组成部分。党的十八大以来,以习近平为核心的党中央高度重视性别平等和妇女的全面发展,2015年9月,习近平总书记在全球妇女峰会上发表了题为"促进妇女全面发展共建共享美好世界"的重要讲话,开启了促进我国男女平等事业和妇女全面发展的新征程。但是,由于受到历史和现实的制约,男女两性在很多方面还存在着一定的差别和不平等,因此,应该从性别平等视角出发,积极消除因历史和现实原因造成的男女不平等问题,制定措施促进妇女全面发展,推动男女两性平等发展,为促进社会性别平等创造良好的政策环境。

Gender equality and the all-round development of women arc the lofty ideals pursued by human society,which plays an important role in social civilization and progress as well as an important part of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Since the18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC.),the CPC Central Committee has paid great importance to gender equality and the all-round development of women.In September2015,General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech entitled"Promoting Women's A11-round Development and Building a Better World for All"at the Global Women's Summit,which opened a new journey in promoting the equality between men and women and women's all-round development.However,due to historical and realistic constraints,there arc still some differences and inequalities between men and women in many respects.Therefore,from the perspective of gender equality,development gap between men and women should be eliminated whether it is caused by historical or practical rea-sons,and positive measures should be taken to promote women?s all-round development and the equal development of both sexes.
