摘要 师生交往是教学活动的基本形式,它是建立在平等对话、情感交融、交互促进的基础之上的。目前大学师生交往仍存在注重理性思维、忽视人性特点、忽略情感交融等问题,而自我表露作为个体间实现有效交往的方式能够弥补师生交往中平等对话关系的缺失,解决交往中人性情感显现不足等问题,它对于实现交往的价值、促进大学师生的交往具有现实的指导意义。 Communication between teachers and students is the basic form of teaching activities which should be based on equal dialogue,emotional integration and interactive promotion.At present,the communication between university teach-ers and students is still focusing on rational thinking,ignoring human nature,ignoring the feeling of self disclosure and other issues.Actually,as an effective way of communication between individuals,self-disclosure can remedy the lack of equal dialogue between teachers and students,can solve the problem of lacking emotion disclosure between people,so it is of great significance to realize the value of communication and to promote the interaction between college teachers and students.
