摘要
目的:建立金沙藤叶的红外指纹图谱,为金沙藤药材的鉴别和质量评价提供参考依据。方法:采用傅里叶变换光谱法对金沙藤叶进行分析,并利用OMNIC 8.0软件和SPSS 19.0软件对实验数据进行处理与聚类分析。结果:获得了不同产地金沙藤叶的红外特征图谱,并标定了7个共有峰。通过聚类分析可将10个批次的广西产金沙藤叶药材分为两大类。结论:该方法简便、快速、稳定,可为金沙藤药材质量标准的制定提供科学的实验依据。
Objective:This study aimed to establish the analysis method of the infrared(IR)fingerprint for the leaves of Lygodii Herba,and to provide experimental basis for identification and quality evaluation of Lygodii Herba.Methods:Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)was used to carry out spectral scanning of10batches of different materials,and OMNIC8.0infrared software and SPSS19.0software were used to analyze the experimental data.Results:The leaves of Herba Lygodii from different production places had similar IR characteristic peaks,and calibrated seven common peaks.The leaves of Lygodii Herba of10samples were divided into two categories by using cluster analysis.Conclusion:The method established in this experiment is simple,rapid and stable,and it can provide scientific experimental basis for the formulation of quality standard of Lygodium japonicum(Thunb.)Sw.
