胃溃疡是一种慢性的胃部消化性疾病,最主要的临床症状是胃脘部的周期性的疼痛,恶心,呕吐,严重有胃出血表现,另外发病率高,病程长,且容易反复发作,为临床常见病症。据统计,人群中约有10%的人在一生中可能罹患此病,因此建立更加理想的胃溃疡模型,对于胃溃疡的深入研究具有一定的积极意义。根据近几年来国内外对胃溃疡的研究显示,对胃溃疡发病机理的研究已经成为热点话题,其中建立了许多胃溃疡模型,文章就近几年对胃溃疡模型的建立以及发病机理进行综述,为以后胃溃疡进一步研究提供参考依据。

Gastric ulcer is a kind of chronic stomach digestive diseases,the periodic epigastric pain,is the main clinical symptoms of nausea,vomiting,severe stomach bleeding,and high incidence of the disease for a long time,and easy to attack again,as the common clinical symptoms.According to statistics,about10%of the population may suffer from the disease in their lives,so the establishment of a more ideal model of gastric ulcer is of positive significance for the further study of gastric ulcer.According to a study on gastric ulcer at home and abroad in recent years,the research on the pathogenesis of gastric ulcer has become a hot topic,which has established many models of gastric ulcer,in recent years the establishment of the model of gastric ulcer and the pathogenesis of gastric ulcer were reviewed for further research to provide reference.
