基于校内生产性实训基地的人才培养模式研究——以广西交通职业技术学院建筑工程系为例

The study of talent training mode based on campus productive training base ——Taking Guangxi Communication Vocational and Technical College as an example

校内生产性实训基地是提升学生实践能力以及职业素养的重要途径。文章以广西交通职业技术学院建筑工程系为例,依托校内生产性实训基地的建设,探索了一套"企业化管理+校内生产性实训"的人才培养模式,将企业对人才的培养周期部分前置到高校,让高校承担一部分"职场人"的培养任务,取得了较好的效果。对相关职业院校开展校内生产性实训基地的人才培养模式具有一定的借鉴意义。

The productive training base on campus is an important way to promote students'practical ability and professional accomplishment.This paper takes Guangxi Vocational and Technical College of Communications as an example.It based on the construction of campus productive training base,explored the training mode of a set of"enterprise management+campus productive training"talent,let some part of the training cycle which enterprises to talents shift to an earlier date to college,and let college to undertake the training risk of a part"career",and it has achieved good results.It can be used for reference in the training mode of production training bases in Vocational schools.
