在建设创新型国家、培养创新型人才的背景下,如何培养地方人才已成为地方高校面临的现实问题。文章以土地资源管理和测绘工程专业融合为例,从管工课程融合、管工课程综合、校企联合培养三个方面,论述"管工融合"视角下地方高校土地资源管理专业拔尖创新人才培养课程体系的改革建议,旨在为地方高校的土地资源管理专业拔尖创新人才培养课程体系改革提供参考,打造更适合于时代要求的创新型人才。

In the context of building an innovative country and cultivating creative talents,how to cultivate local talents has become a real problem for local colleges and universities.Based on the major of land source management and surveying and mapping engineering,this paper discusses the structure of course system for cultivating top-notch creative talents of land resource management,from the perspective of the mergence of management and engineering,including curriculum integration,comprehensive curriculum,and cultivation pattern of school business union,in order to provide suggestions for the innovation of course systems that cultivates top-notch creative talents majoring in the land resources management in colleges,furthermore thereby producing the innovative people who are better suited to the requirements of the era.
