摘要
文章以中国知网CNKI两种代表性期刊作为数据来源,使用SPSS软件对2007年至2016年有效期刊论文及其关键词进行统计,运用词频分析法对国内HRM(人力资源管理)的关键词进行分析,梳理人力资源管理研究热点,根据词频排名趋势变化将关键词分为平稳型、波动型、上升型和下降型四类,并对其今后发展趋势进行分析预测。
Based on two typical journal of CNKI database as data sources,the valid papers from2006to2016and its key words are counted by SPSS software.The key words of domestic human resource management are analyzed by word frequency analysis and human resource management research hot spots.The key words are classified as stable,fluctuating,rising and falling four type according to frequency ranking main trend change and its future development trend is analyzed and predicted.
