贫困退出的高校第三方评估机制及指标体系研究

The Third Party Evaluation Mechanism and Index System of Universities of Poverty Exit

随着经济社会的飞速发展,结合国家"精准扶贫"发展战略的要求,如何有效地做好贫困地区的精准扶贫与贫困退出工作显得至关重要,尤其是关于贫困退出过程中的第三方评估机制及指标体系的确定。本文通过查阅国内外相关文献资料,结合本身的调研实践,创新提出贫困退出的高校第三方评估机制及指标体系,希望能够对开展相关的学术研究和实践应用提供参考和借鉴,乃至能够为贫困退出机制的建设和完善提供新思路。

With the rapid development of economy and society,coupled with the requirements of“precision poverty alleviation”development strategy,it is very important to do well in poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation work in poverty stricken areas.In particular,we need to clear the third party assessment mechanisms and indicators in the out of poverty.Based on the relevant literatures at home and abroad,the author finds out that there is very little research on the third party evaluation mechanism and index system of poverty exit,and there is little research on the actual evaluation work.Therefore,this paper puts forward the innovation and withdraws the third party evaluation mechanism and index system of the university,hoping to provide reference and reference for carrying out related academic research and practical application,and hope to provide new ideas for the construction and improvement of poverty exit mechanism.
