师范院校学生的职业适应性水平及其提升策略——基于湖南省K师范院校学生的问卷调查 被引量:3

摘要 师范院校学生能否适应未来的教师职业,直接影响到教师队伍的整体质量和长远发展。本文采用自编的职业适应性问卷,对湖南省K师范院校的毕业班学生和初入职毕业生进行问卷调查,结果发现:师范生对教师职业的认知状况总体良好,但也存在职业信念不够坚定、不能较好地适应教学工作需求和学校工作环境等问题。这里面既有师范学生自身的原因,也有师范院校和教育管理部门的原因。就师范院校而言,一方面要认真思考如何将师范生的职业生涯规划指导与高中毕业生的高考志愿填报有效衔接,并大力提升师范生职业生涯规划指导的专业化水平;另一方面要系统调整教师教育课程体系,强化实践性教学环节,着力优化学生的素质结构、提高学生的师范技能。 Whether the normal university students can adapt to the future teachers'occupation will directly affect the overall quality and long-term development of the teachers.In this paper,a self-compiled occupational fitness questionnaire was used to investigate the graduating class students and newly graduated graduates of K normal university in Hunan province.It is found that their cognition of teachers'profession is generally good,but there are also some problems such as the lack of professional conviction,not well adapted to the needs of teaching work and the working environment of the school and so on.This is not only the reasons for the normal students themselves,but also the reasons for the normal university and the education management.In terms of normal university,on the one hand,it should consider how to effectively link normal university students'career planning guidance with high school graduates'will of selecting university,and focus on the promotion of the professional level of students'career planning guidance,On the other hand,it should systematically adjust the structure of teacher education curriculum,and strengthen the practical teaching links,to optimize the quality of students structure,improve the students'normal skills.
