基于乡土文化的乡村全科型教师培养需要在乡村教师职前教育与职后专业成长过程当中强调尊重并注重本土(乡土)人文环境,在本土,为了本土,整个培养过程必须要萦绕在乡土(本土)文化的气韵之下。乡村教师职前教育须实现"精准"培养,基于乡土文化的乡村全科型教师培养是实现"精准"培养目标的前提和基础。推进基于乡土文化的乡村全科型教师培养,要求制定符合地域区情的师范生入学标准,师范院校在课程设置要贯彻地方文化特色,教育实习工作要与生源地教育部门紧密协作,同时要树立以生为本,培育乡村全科型教师的终身学习理念。
