摘要 基于乡土文化的乡村全科型教师培养需要在乡村教师职前教育与职后专业成长过程当中强调尊重并注重本土(乡土)人文环境,在本土,为了本土,整个培养过程必须要萦绕在乡土(本土)文化的气韵之下。乡村教师职前教育须实现"精准"培养,基于乡土文化的乡村全科型教师培养是实现"精准"培养目标的前提和基础。推进基于乡土文化的乡村全科型教师培养,要求制定符合地域区情的师范生入学标准,师范院校在课程设置要贯彻地方文化特色,教育实习工作要与生源地教育部门紧密协作,同时要树立以生为本,培育乡村全科型教师的终身学习理念。 Based on the local culture of rural comprehensive type teacher training is in rural teachers'pre-service education and post-career professional growth process of emphasis on respect and pay attention to local cultural environment.The whole process of training must be under local culture artistically.The main reason for rural teachers left rural:The gap between urban and rural areas makes the countryside teachers lack a sense of accomplishment;Cultural public welfare loss of rural teachers'lack of sense of value;Lack of sense of home makes the countryside teachers lack the sense of belonging;Loss of rural students makes the countryside teachers lack a sense of accomplishment;Occupational mobility high export poorly and threshold makes the countryside teachers lack of sense of urgency.Branch course training mode cannot be passed to the rural teachers'ethical values about life in the countryside.The way to promote rural comprehensive type teacher training strategy based on local culture:Strict admission requirements,develop rural comprehensive type teacher standards;Clear objectives,clear rural comprehensive type core literacy teachers;Rich curriculum,strengthen the rural comprehensive type general education teachers;Pay attention to practice teaching,adhere to the rural comprehensive type teacher localization training;Set to be born,to cultivate rural comprehensive type teachers'concept of life-long study.
