高职院校学生工作精细化管理的路径探究——以江苏建康职业学院为例

Exploration on the Fine Management Paths of Students' Work in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Jiangsu Jiankang Vocational College for Example

随着新形势下学生工作内涵的变化,精细化学生工作管理模式日渐显现其优势。结合学院工作实际探索学生工作精细化管理的具体实现路径:在"以生为本"的教育理念指导下,在规范化管理基础上更强调精、细,从工作机制、考核评价、工作流程、运行保障几个方面的精细化开展探索,落实精细化的规章制度,实施规范化的量化考核,运用信息化的管理系统,打造专业化的学工团队,从而实现学生工作管理水平、学生培养质量以及校友满意度的持续提升。

Along with the changes of the student work connotation under the new situation,the advantages of fine management mode highlighted in student affairs increasingly.Combination with college situation,fine management paths of student affairs are explored in the paper:with the education guidance of the"student-based",more standardized and detailed management to implement,from the aspects of fine working mechanism,evaluation and work flow,operation guarantee,the implementation of the elaborate rules and regulations and standardized quantitative assessment,information management system to use,professional team to construct,can further enhance student affairs management level,cultivation quality and alumni satisfaction.
