Movie plays an important role in the cultural exchange.The translation of movie titles is of great significance to the popularization of the film.Based on Bassnett's cultural translation theory,this paper indicated that the translator understand the connotation of the original film title,also have a strong target language writing skills,pay attention to the transmission and conversion of cultural factors,and make the translation of film titles meet the plot with smooth and accurate expression and consistent style,in order to achieve functional equivalence with the original title and make the target audience understand easily.
