摘要
有关应急追随者的研究在国际上刚刚起步,在我国尚未引起研究界的重视,而我国的应急管理现实情势却对此有着强烈的需求。采用问卷调查法与统计分析法对应急追随者特质与追随效果之间的相关性以及前者对后者的预测作用进行了研究。对320名应急追随者问卷调查的数据分析结果表明,应急追随者特质与追随效果的各个维度之间呈显著正相关。通过回归分析,验证了追随者特质对追随效果有显著的正向预测作用。这一结果为应急追随者的自我提高和相关部门的人员选拔、考评与培训提供了依据。
The relationship between emergency followers and followership effectiveness which include job performance,job satisfaction,leadership effectiveness and leader-member exchange,is explored by questionnaires.The result indicates that followership effectiveness can be remarkably influenced and significantly predicted by followers’characteristics by surveying320emergency followers.The research findings can provide guidance for emergency followers’self-improvement and staff training in departments.
