社会支持和焦虑抑郁状态对农村宫颈癌病人自我感受负担的影响

Influence of social support and anxiety depression on self-perceived burden of rural cervical cancer patients

[目的]探讨农村宫颈癌病人的社会支持和焦虑抑郁状态对自我感受负担的影响。[方法]采用病人一般资料问卷、自我感受负担量表、社会支持量表、医院焦虑抑郁量表,对符合纳入标准的农村宫颈癌病人109例进行调查,并分析社会支持和焦虑抑郁对自我感受负担的影响。[结果]病人自我感受负担总分33.57分±4.61分、社会支持总分32.18分±5.38分、焦虑得分7.77分±2.61分、抑郁得分7.65分±2.13分。病人自我感受负担与社会支持呈负相关(r=-0.75,P<0.001)、与焦虑呈正相关(r=0.70,P<0.001)、与抑郁呈正相关(r=0.77,P<0.001)。[结论]社会支持和焦虑抑郁状态可直接影响农村宫颈癌病人的自我感受负担水平,医务人员应重视病人的心理状态,并根据病人的社会支持情况给予相应的指导与护理,从而降低其自我感受负担水平,提高其生活质量。

Objective:To probe into the influence of the social support and anxiety depression on self-perceived burden in rural cervical cancer patients.Methods:Totally109rural cervical cancer patients who met inclusion criteria were investigated with the Patients'General Information Questionnaire,Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS),Social Support Rate Scale(SSRS)and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).Influence of social support and anxiety depression on self perceived burden of rural cervical cancer patients was analyzed.Results:The total score of SPBS was33.57±4.61,SSRS score was32.18±5.38,anxiety score was7.77±2.61,depression score was7.65±2.13.The SPB level was negatively correlated with the total social support rating score(r=-0.75)and positively correlated with the anxiety score(r=0.70)and the depression score(r=0.77)(P<0.001).Conclusion Social support anxiety and depression can directly affect the level of self-perceived burden of rural cervical cancer patients.Nurses should pay attention to the patient's mental state and social support,and give corresponding guidance and nursing,so as to reduce the level of self-perceived burden and improve their quality of life.
