摘要
青岛东方影都万达茂工程作为超大型综合体建筑,单体建筑面积达65万m2,涉及20多个专业,各种专业设备错综复杂,对于BIM技术的应用实施是一次高难度的挑战。本项目通过多种技术手段客服困难,将BIM作为工程项目管理和技术手段,覆盖施工图设计与方案设计管理的各个环节,包括协同设计、管线综合设计、进度管理、成本控制、质量监控等,保证了项目的成功实施,提高了工程建设质量和项目综合管理水平,实现项目全生命周期内的技术和经济指标最优化。
The Qingdao Oriental Cinema Wanda Mall Project is a super sized complex building,with650thousand square meters building area of the single body,involving over20majors with various complexed professional equipments,which raises a big challenge for the application of the BIM technology.However,difficulties in the project are overcome through various technical means.BIM,as a technical means for project management,covers all links of construction drawing design and scheme design management,including collaborative design,pipeline comprehensive design,schedule management,cost control,quality control,and etc.The BIM applications ensured the successful implementation of the project,improved the quality of the project construction quality and the comprehensive management ability,and realized the optimization of the technical and economic indicators in the whole life cycle of the project.
