TRPM7的肿瘤研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 瞬时受体电位通道7(transient receptor potential melastatin type7,TRPM7)是近十余年来新发现的非选择性阳离子通道,其在机体的表达无处不在。因其独具特有的“通道酶”结构,属双功能蛋白。它控制细胞内众多离子的内流,尤其是Mg2+和Ca2+,更是Mg2+内稳定和信号的调节通路,功能涉及细胞周期进程、细胞分化、细胞存活和迁移[1]。TRPM7参与众多生理和病理生理过程,当下已成为肿瘤研究的热点。
