微波消解ICP-MS法测定青钱柳叶和茶汤中29种元素 被引量:3

Determination of Twenty-Nine Elements in Leaves and Tea Liquid of Cyclocaryapaliurus by Microwave Digestion ICP-MS Method

摘要 目的采用微波消解技术和电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定青钱柳原叶、茶叶及其茶汤中29种元素.方法用微波消解法处理茶叶,在线加入钪和铑作为内标校正样品基体效应和仪器对测试过程的影响.结果方法检出限低,线性范围宽,线性系数均在0.999以上,加标回收率在90%-106%之间,用标准物质验证准确度好,可以用来检测青钱柳叶中的无机元素.结论青钱柳叶中富含K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Ba、Rb、Sr、Se等与人体生理功能息息相关的无机元素,而重金属元素Pb、Cd、As、Cr等符合限量标准. Objective Twenty nine elements in leaves,tea and tea liquid of Cyclocaryapaliurus were determined by the technology of microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods The sample of tea was prepared with microwave digestion.The effect of sample matrix and the effect of the instrument on the testing process were corrected by online adding Scandium and Rhodium as internal standard elements.Results The detection limit of the proposed method was low.The method gave high linear coefficient with more than0.999in wide linear range.The spiked recoveries were in90%-106%.The method was accurate by verifying with the standard material,which could be used to detect the inorganic elements in Cyclocaryapaliurus.Conclusion Cyclocaryapaliurusisis rich in K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Ba,Rb,Se,Sr and other inorganic elements which closely relate to human physiological functions.The content of heavy metal elements,such as Pb,Cd,As,Cr and other elements,accord with limits standard.
