安徽省财政教育投入、科技投入与经济增长的关系——基于VAR模型的实证分析 被引量:1

摘要 在VAR模型的基础上,选取安徽省1996-2015年财政教育投入、科技投入与GDP的时间数据序列,通过对运用Johansen协整检验法、格兰杰因果关系检验、脉冲响应函数分析和方差分解等实证方法,分析安徽省财政教育投入、科技投入与经济增长的相互关系.结果表明:安徽财政教育投入、科技投入与经济发展之间存在着长期稳定的均衡关系,财政教育投入、科技投入是经济增长的格兰杰Granger原因.根据研究结果,针对安徽省目前财政教育投入和科技投入方面存在的问题,提出了合理的政策建议. Based on the VAR model,selecting the time series data of Anhui province's fiscal education investment,science and technology input and GDP from1996to2015,by using methods like Johansen co-integration test,Grainger Granger causality test,impulse response function analysis and variance decomposition of empirical etc.,to study the relationship among fiscal education investment,science and technology input and economic growth.The results show that there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship among fiscal education investment,science and technology input and economic development in Anhui.The investment of fiscal education and the science and technology input are the reasons of Grainger Granger for economic growth.According to the research results,this paper puts forward some reasonable policy suggestions for the problems of the fiscal education investment and science and technology input in Anhui province.
