书面答卷全面、客观地衡量创新创业教育的教学效果。创新创业重在一个"创"字,创的是知识产权,所以要有针对性地创新职校管理,在常规管理的基础上强化知识产权管理,通过建立面向全体职校生的创新创业知识产权规范管理制度,对学生或师生合作创新获得的专利等知识产权,进行及时登记管理和表彰奖励,激发师生知识产权创造、再创造的热情;动态管控,为学生创新创业排忧解难;加强教学、实训和就业创业部门间的协作;有的放矢地做好管理服务,营造良好的"双创"环境,不断提升学生创新创业能力,提高"双创"质量。

The written test paper comprehensively and objectively measures the teaching effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Innovation focuses on"creation",which belongs to the intellectual property rights.Therefore,we should aiming at innovating vocational school management and strengthening intellectual property management on the basis of conventional management,timely register and rewarding the students’and student-teacher cooperatively gained intellectual property through the establishment of innovation and entrepreneurship intellectual property management system which targets all the vocational students,in order to stimulate their enthusiasm for recreation.Dynamic control is needed to solve the problems for the students'innovation and entrepreneurship.Moreover,the cooperation among the teaching,training and employment departments should be strengthened and the management and service should be improved to create a good environment for the students to constantly improve their innovation and entrepreneurship ability and quality.
