摘要
专业教师企业实践是职业院校师资队伍培养的有效途径,从学校、企业、专业教师三个层面调查连云港市职业院校专业教师企业实践培训现状,分析根源,系统构建集机制、内容、形式、评价于一体的"3421"企业实践培训模式,有效提升培训质量,形成可借鉴范例。
The enterprise practice is an effective way for professional teacher training.Through the data collected from the schools,the enterprises and the professional teachers,this paper researches the current situation of the professional teachers’enterprise practice in Lianyungang.It analyzes the causes and systematically constructs the“3421”enterprise practical training mode which integrates the mechanism,contents,forms and evaluation.This mode effectively improves the training quality and thus can be drawn reference from.
