摘要
探讨谦卑型领导行为、组织自尊对护士工作投入的影响,研究采用方便抽样方法选取450名护士为研究对象,采用谦卑型领导行为量表、下属组织自尊量表和工作投入量表进行测量。其结果为护士感知的谦卑性领导行为及开门纳言维度、组织自尊和工作投入及各维度均呈正相关性。医院与管理部门应该采取多种措施提高护士谦卑型领导行为和组织自尊水平,从而提高工作投入。
The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of humble leadership behavior and organizational self-esteem on the nurses'job involvement.In this study,450nurses were selected by convenience sampling method,and they were measured by the humble leadership behavior scale,the subordinate organizational self-esteem scale and the job involvement scale.The results showed that the humble leadership behavior that the nurses perceived was positively correlated with the advice taking dimension,organizational self-esteem dimension and job involvement dimension.Hospitals and management departments should take various measures to improve the nurses'humble leadership behavior and organizational self-esteem so as to increase their job involvement.
