摘要
随着我国教育改革的不断深入,学校教育改革的灵活性越来越大,企业参与到学校教育中的热度也不断提升,校企合作"双主体"办学模式成为战略选择。本文从校企合作"双主体"办学的原则出发,分析了保障机制尚未完善的三个方面,法律制度上、政府对校企合作的办学支持力度上、高职院校提供校企合作办学自身能力上还存在问题,提出了改善法律制度、加大政府扶持力度以及提高学校自身能力三个方面的对策,以此最大限度实现校企合作办学的最大利益。
ith the deepening of China's education reform,the flexibility of school education reform is higher and higher,the enterprises’heat in participating in the school education is rising,and the school-enterprise cooperative"dual-subject"school running mode has become a strategic choice.Starting from the principle of the school-enterprise cooperative"dual-subject"school running,this paper analyzes the problems on the three aspects which the guarantee mechanism hasn’t perfected,respectively the legal system,the support of government on the school-enterprise cooperative school running,and the own abilities of higher vocational colleges on the school-enterprise cooperative school running.This paper puts forward the relevant strategies on these three aspects,in order to maximize the best interests of the school-enterprise cooperative school running.
