介绍了最大需求(MD)额度调剂等多样化交易类型,分析了开展相关交易的技术体系,搭建了交易平台架构,并提出了平台的发展路径。通过构建共享共用的网约电平台,打破电力供需信息壁垒,使居民用户低成本同平台接入,探索用电侧电力多元交易体系的构建,赋予电网运行方式更大的灵活性。

This paper introduced a variety of transactions such as maximum demand(MD)quota replacement,and analyzed the technical systems of related transactions.The architecture of trading platform was built,and the development path of the platform was proposed.The construction of the power multi trade system breaks the barrier between power supply and demand,enabling all users access to the same platform.The construction of the platform is an innovative exploration on energy internet,which makes the grid operation more flexible.
