化学激发剂对大掺量循环流化床粉煤灰水泥力学性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用氯盐类、硫酸盐类、碱类以及醇胺类外加剂,探究不同种类化学激发剂对循环流化床(CFB)粉煤灰水泥的活化效果及力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:无机类外加剂均可激发CFB粉煤灰水泥活性。综合来看,激发效果由强至弱依次为氯盐类>硫酸盐类>碱类;醇胺类激发剂掺量较少,且有很好的活性激发效果;尤其对后期强度有着显著的提高;其中DEIPA最佳掺量为0.01%,3 d抗压强度相比空白样提升2.4 MPa;28 d强度提高7 MPa,达到最高值47.5 MPa。 The activation effect and mechanical properties of different chemical activators on circulating fluidized bed fly ash were investigated,such as chlorides,sulfates,alkalis and alcohol amines.The results showed that:inorganic activator all can stimulate the activity of CFB fly ash blended cement,their activation effect can be sorted as follows:chloride salts>sulfates>alkalis.A bit of alcohol amine activator can have a good effect on stimulating the activity of CFB fly ash,especially long-time strength.The optimum dosage of DEIPA was0.01%,the strength of3d was2.4MPa higher than that of blank,and the compressive strength of28d increased7MPa,reaching the highest value of47.5MPa.
