摘要
斜拉索的索力大小直接决定着斜拉桥的工作状态,采用准确的方法进行合理的索力测试是保证斜拉桥顺利施工和安全运营的必要手段。文章针对目前斜拉桥索力测试中常用的方法进行了阐述,提出了基于MEMS的无线索力测试系统的研制与开发,首先利用频率法推导出索力的一般方程,再通过实验得到索力的频率变化情况计算出索力的大小。最后通过钢箱梁吊装前后的索力变化值来证明这个系统是可以用来测试索力的大小。
As cable force decides the working state of the cable-stayed bridge directly,it is necessary to ensure the smooth construction and secure operation by measuring its cable force through some exact methods.This paper illustrates the common methods of cable force testing and puts forward the research and development of the testing system based on MEMS.First the general equation of cable force is deduced by frequency method.Then the cable force is calculated according to the frequency in the experiment.Finally,the variation before and after the installation of steel box girder is employed to prove that the system can be used to test the cable force.
