摘要
以海藻酸钠包埋鞘细菌制备生物吸附剂,通过单因素和正交实验研究固定化后鞘细菌S9对Cr(Ⅵ)吸附条件的效果和影响,获得其最佳的吸附条件为Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度为30mg/L,吸附温度30℃,吸附pH 8.0,吸附时间35min,在此条件下,生物吸附剂吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附率和吸附量分别为78.62%和2.39mg/g,比优化前分别提高了31.42%和0.89mg/g。
The adsorption conditions of sheathed bacteriaafter immobilization on Cr(VI)of bio-adsorbent prepared withsheathed bacteriaembedded by sodium alginate were studied.And the optimum adsorption conditions for chromium ion were got by single factor and orthogonal experiments,with initial concentration Cr(VI)30mg/L,adsorption temperature30℃,the adsorption of pH8,the adsorption time35min.Under these conditions,the adsorption of Cr(VI)adsorption rateand adsorption capacity were78.62%and2.39mg/g whichincrease31.42%and0.89mg/g respectively before optimization.
