细胞黏附分子Neuroplastin功能的研究进展

摘要 Neuroplastin(np)是属于免疫球蛋白超家族、富含于突触膜的细胞黏附分子,有np65和np55两种异构体。np65是脑特异性的,np55是全身分布的。Neuroplastin可在长时程增强、突触可塑性和促进神经突起生长等方面发挥作用,可能与学习、记忆、情感有关。本文对Neuroplastin的结构、分布和功能进行综述。 Neuroplastin(np)belonging to the immunoglobulin(Ig)superfamily,is a synapse enriched adhesion molecule.There are two isomers of neuroplastin,named np65and np55according to their molecular weight;np65is brain specific,while np55is widely distributed in various tissues.Neuroplastinsins played a role in long term potential,synaptic plasticity and promoting neurite outgrowth,which may be associated with learning,memory and mood.In this review,the molecular structure,distribution and biological functions of neuroplastins are focused.
