血必净、胸腺五肽联合对症治疗对老年重症肺炎患者炎症反应进程的影响

Effect of Xuebijing,thymopentin combined with symptomatic treatment on inflammatory response process in elderly patients with severe pneumonia

目的:探讨血必净、胸腺五肽联合对症治疗对老年重症肺炎患者炎症反应进程的影响。方法:收集在本院接受治疗的老年重症肺炎患者60例,随机分为对照组,观察组各30例。对照组接受临床对症治疗,观察组接受血必净、胸腺五肽联合对症治疗。治疗前后对比两组血清中促炎因子、抗炎因子、肝肾功能指标的差异。结果:治疗前,两组血清中促炎因子、抗炎因子、肝肾功能指标含量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组血清中IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、IL-4、IL-13、TB、ALT、AKP、Scr、CysC的含量低于治疗前且观察组血清中IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、IL-4、IL-13、TB、ALT、AKP、Scr、CysC的含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年重症肺炎患者接受血必净、胸腺五肽联合对症治疗,可有效抑制全身炎症反应程度,减轻肝肾功能损伤。

Objective:To study the effect of Xuebijing,thymopentin combined with symptomatic treatment on inflammatory response process in elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:A total of60elderly patients with severe pneumonia who were treated in the hospital between August2014and July2016were collected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,30cases in each group.Control group received clinical symptomatic treatment while observation group received Xuebijing and thymopentin combined with symptomatic treatment.The differences in serum pro inflammatory factors,anti inflammatory factors as well as liver and kidney function indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,differences in serum levels of pro inflammatory factors,anti inflammatory factors as well as liver and kidney function indexes were not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,serum IL1β,IL6,IL8,IL4,IL13,TB,ALT,AKP,Scr and CysC levels in both groups of patients were lower than those before treatment,and serum IL1β,IL6,IL8,IL4,IL13,TB,ALT,AKP,Scr and CysC levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Xuebijing,thymopentin combined with symptomatic treatment can effectively inhibit the degree of systemic inflammatory response and reduce the liver and kidney function injury in elderly patients with severe pneumonia.
