摘要
目的:探讨丹红注射液联合奥扎格雷钠对老年急性脑梗死患者血清白细胞介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、胆红素(TBIL)及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的影响。方法:选择我院收治的100例急性脑梗死老年患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,各50例。对照组给予奥扎格雷钠治疗,治疗组给予丹红注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗,两组均连续给予治疗14d。检测并比较两组治疗前后血清IL-8、TNF-α、VEGF、TBIL及NSE水平。结果:两组治疗前血清IL-8、TNF-α、VEGF、TBIL及NSE水平比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后血清IL-8、TNF-α、NSE水平相比治疗前较低,血清VEGF、TBIL水平相比治疗前较高,且实验组治疗后血清IL-8、TNF-α、VEGF、TBIL及NSE水平变化均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液联合奥扎格雷钠能够明显降低急性脑梗死老年患者的血清IL-8、TNF-α、NSE水平,升高血清VEGF、TBIL水平,降低炎症反应,促进神经功能恢复,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective:To study the effect of danhong injection combined with ozagrel on serum IL8,TNFα,VEGF,TBIL and NSE in old patients with acute cerebral infarction.MethodsA total of100old patientswith acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from August2014to December2016were enrolled in this study.The subjects were divided into the control group(n=50)and the treatment group(n=50)randomly.The control group were treated withozagrel,the treatment group were treated withdanhong injection combined with ozagrel,and both the two groups were treated for14days.The serum IL8,TNFα,VEGF,TBIL and NSEof the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results There were no significantly differences of the serumIL8,TNFα,VEGF,TBIL and NSE of the two groups beforetreatment(P>0.05).The serum IL8,TNFα,NSE levels of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),the serum VEGF,TBIL levels of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and that of the treatment group after treatment were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionDanhong injection combined with ozagrelcan significantly reduce the serum IL8,TNFα,NSE levels,improvethe serum VEGF,TBIL levels,and reduce inflammation,promote the nerve functional recovery of the old patients with acute cerebral infarction,and it was worthy clinical application.
