铁路正交异性钢桥面板疲劳应力分析与寿命评估 被引量:3

摘要 以南京大胜关长江大桥为对象,建立铁路正交异性钢桥面板结构有限元模型,基于热点应力法对典型构造细节的疲劳应力进行计算分析,得到此类桥面结构的疲劳易损区。结合桥梁实际使用情况,基于美国公路桥梁设计规范(AASHTO规范)对桥面板典型焊接细节的疲劳寿命开展计算与评估,结果表明,疲劳Ⅰ与疲劳Ⅱ极限状态下5类疲劳易损构造细节的疲劳应力幅计算值均小于容许值,疲劳寿命满足设计要求。 Taking Nanjing Dashengguan Yangtze River Bridge as an object,the finite element model of railway bridge orthotropic steel deck was established.Based on the hot spot stress method,the fatigue stress of typical structural detail was calculated and analyzed,then the fatigue vulnerable zone was obtained.Considering the practical situations of bridge,the calculation and evaluation of fatigue lives of typical welded connections were further performed by using American highway bridge design code(AASHTO).The results show that under fatigueⅠand fatigueⅡlimite states,the calculated values of fatigue stress amplitudes of the five types of fatigue vulnerable structural details are less than the allowable values.The fatigue lives meet the design requirements.
