神朔铁路钢轨使用寿命研究 被引量:9

摘要 神朔铁路是我国西煤东运的重要通道之一,为国家Ⅰ级双线电气化重载铁路,重车线铺设U75V和U78Cr V热处理75 kg/m钢轨,空车线主要采用U71Mn和U76Cr热轧60 kg/m钢轨。随着运量的逐年增加,重车线部分区段钢轨已接近或超过维修规范的使用要求。钢轨伤损出现概率呈现明显随机性,伤损类型呈多样化。本文采用威布尔模型,统计分析重车线伤损发展的规律,预测钢轨寿命。结果表明,以每km伤损3~4根钢轨作为失效标准,当直线区段钢轨通过总质量达到13亿~17亿t时,应进行更换。基于神朔铁路分公司线路实际情况和现有的养护维修模式,拟以通过总质量14亿t为参考指标制定钢轨更换维修计划。对曲线区段而言,根据曲线半径的不同制定相应的养护维修标准。 Shenmu-Shuozhou railway is one of the important railways which transit coals in western China to eastern China.It is a stateⅠlevel heavy haul railway with double electrified lines.The materials of75kg/m rail used in heavy load line are heat treatment U75V and U78CrV steel.The materials of60kg/m rail used in unloaded line are hot rolling U71Mn and U76Cr steel.With the increasment of freight volume,the service time of75kg/m rail in some sections exceeds maintenance requirements.The probability of rail defects is stochastic,the types of rail defects are diversified.The Weibull Model was used in this paper to stastically analyze the defect laws and evaluate the rail life.The research results show that the freight volume would be1300Mt^1700Mt corresponding with the standard that there are3~4failure rails every1km.Based on the maintenance mode of Shenmu-Shuozhou railway,the reference freight volume instructing maintenance plan will be1400Mt.For curve sections,the freight volume maintenance standards should be related with curve radiuses
