摘要
针对目前我国城市轨道交通项目普遍采用的预应力混凝土长枕及普通混凝土短枕进行了优缺点对比分析,借鉴高速铁路双块式无砟轨道中双块式轨枕的连接方式,研发设计了一种适用于城市轨道交通项目的新型轨枕结构——连块式轨枕。新设计实现了轨道精度易控、施工运输便捷、道床整体性强的设计目标。通过检算分析论证了新型轨枕具有足够的承载、抗变形能力,在城市轨道交通项目中具有较高的推广应用价值。
By comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of prestressed concrete long sleeper and concrete short sleeper,which were commonly used in urban rail transit projects in China,and taking the connecion method of double block sleeper used in high speed railway as reference,a new type of sleeper structure,connected block sleeper,was designed for urban rail transit projects.The new design achieves three objectives which are easily control of track geometric accuracy,convenient construction and transportation,strong integrity of slab.It is proved that the new type of sleeper has enough bearing capacity and deformation resistance by force analysis.The connected block sleeper is of high value to apply in urban rail transit projects.
