摘要
目前国内铁路道床清筛主要采用周期修模式,即依据线路通过总质量制定清筛计划。朔黄铁路公司自2014年起运用探地雷达技术检测道床脏污指数,并以此为基础探索道床清筛状态修的新思路。本文对大机清筛后道床脏污指数进行了统计分析,通过现场道床挖验和标定线验证,确定了适合朔黄铁路运煤专线的道床脏污分级标准,得出了道床脏污指数与实际道床脏污率的对应关系,为实现道床清筛状态修提供了辅助决策手段。
Railways in China mostly use the ballast cleaning mode of“Periodic Repair”at present,which means ballast cleaning plan is worked out according to the traffic tonnage of railway.Shuohuang railway company detected the ballast fouling index with ground penetrating radar since2014,and on this basis explored new mentality and methods of“Statement Repair”.In this paper,statistics and analysis of the ballast fouling index after mechanical cleaning were carried,the grading standard of ballast fouling state for Shuohuang Coal Line was ascertained by validating data of dig test and calibration line,and the corresponding relationship of ballast fouling index and ballast fouling rate was obtained,which provide aid decision means to“Statement Repair”mode of ballast cleaning.
