摘要
针对朔黄铁路桥墩劣化情况,分析了其盐碱腐蚀的病害机理。现场对存在病害的281#桥的桥墩进行了测试分析,发现该桥存在严重的钢筋锈蚀、盐类干湿循环破坏,且钢筋锈蚀造成部分桥墩钢筋保护层与基体剥离、空鼓,相当数量钢筋已经失效。无论是钢筋锈蚀还是其他劣化都明显削弱了混凝土强度。针对桥墩的不同劣化程度提出了防腐加固措施。
According to the deterioration of bridge piers in Shuozhou-Huanghuagang railway,the damage mechanism of saline alkali corrosion was analyzed.The piers of281#bridge already damaged were tested and analyzed on the spot.It is found that the bridge has serious corrosion of steel bar and damage of saline drying and wetting cycle,and there are stripping and hollowing between parts of the pier reinforced protection layer and matrix,which leads to a considerable amount of invalid steel bars.Both steel bar corrosion and other deterioration has significantly weakened the strength of concrete,and the anticorrosive reinforcement measures were put forward according to the different deterioration degree of bridge pier.
