摘要 为研究地铁用水泥基材料的绝缘性,采用无电极电阻率法和四电极法作为测量手段,分析了水泥品种、有机物乳液、引气剂掺量对水泥基材料电阻率的影响。研究发现:不同水泥品种的水泥基材料电阻率有明显差别,水泥基材料电阻率与水泥矿物组成成分有关;有机物乳液的加入会提高水泥基材料电阻率;水泥基材料的电阻率受引气剂掺量的影响,随着引气剂掺量的增加其电阻率先增大后减小。 In order to study the insulation of cement based materials for subway engineering,by means of non contacting electrical resistivity method and the four probe method,the influences of cement type,styrene acrylic polymer emulsion and air entraining agent on the electrical resistivity of cement based materials were studied in this paper.The results show that there are apparent differences in electrical resistivity of different types of cement because of the different mineral content in different cement based materials.The addition of polymer emulsion increases the electrical resistivity of cement based materials.And the electrical resistivity of cement based materials can be affected by the dosage of air entraining agent,and with the increasing of air entraining agent dosage,the electrical resistivity increases initially then reduces.
