盐酸米诺环素软膏与碘甘油治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效比较

Effect comparison between minocycline hydrochloride ointment and iodine glycerin in the treatment of chronic periodontitis

目的:探究盐酸米诺环素软膏与碘甘油治疗慢性牙周炎病人的疗效及对牙周参数的影响,为慢性牙周炎的治疗提供依据。方法:选取临床资料齐全的慢性牙周炎病人共70例(82颗患牙),随机分为观察组37例(41颗牙)与对照组33例(41颗牙)。2组病人在接受常规龈上洁治术与龈下刮治术后,观察组病人接受在牙周袋内注入盐酸米诺环素软膏的治疗,而对照组则注入碘甘油。比较2组病人治疗后的牙周参数、临床疗效以及不良反应。结果:治疗后,2组病人各项牙周参数均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),且观察组病人治疗后各项牙周参数改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组总不良反应发生率为10.81%,对照组为6.06%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.12%,明显高于对照组的73.13%(P<0.01)。结论:盐酸米诺环素软膏和碘甘油均可以有效治疗慢性牙周炎,但盐酸米诺环素对牙周炎症的改善作用更为显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the curative effects between minocycline hydrochloride ointment and iodine glycerin in the treatment of chronic periodontitis and influence on periodontal parameters,and provide the basis in treating chronic periodontitis.Methods:A total of82teeth in70patients with chronic periodontitis were divided into the observation group and control group(41teeth each group).Two groups were treated with conventional supragingival scaling and subgingival scaling.The observation group and control group were additionally treated with injecting minocycline hydrochloride ointment and iodine glycerin into periodontal pocket,respectively.The periodontal parameter,clinical effect and adverse reaction between two groups were compared after treatment.Results:Compared before treatment,the periodontal parameters in two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the improvement of which in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.01).The incidence rates of total adverse reaction in observation group and control group were10.81%and6.06%,respectively,and the difference of which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total effective rate in observation group(95.12%)was significantly higher than that in control group(73.13%)(P<0.01).Conclusions:Both minocycline hydrochloride ointment and iodine glycerin can effectively treat chronic periodontitis,meanwhile the treatment effect of chronic periodontitis with minocycline hydrochloride is more significant.The minocycline hydrochloride can alleviate the inflammation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
