摘要 针对既有铁路隧道的日常维护和病害整治大多采用人工维护方式,耗时长、效率低的特点,设计了一套隧道病害整治控制系统。控制系统主要由驾驶室控制平台、PLC、控制平台、无线遥控平台、调理电路和操作界面组成。此外,为保证和提高施工作业的安全性,设计了隧道工作平台安全保护系统。控制系统使操作者可以在驾驶室完成检测设备和维修设备的集成控制和状态监测,实现了隧道病害整治系统的高度集成和统一控制管理。隧道病害整治平台成为一套功能全面、高度集成的综合性治理平台,满足了信息化铁路管理的需要,提高了既有铁路隧道病害整治设备的自动化水平。 In view of the usual maintenance and disease control of the existing railway tunnel,the method of manual maintenance is adopted,which is time-consuming and inefficient.The control system is mainly composed of cab control platform,PLC,control platform,wireless remote control platform,conditioning circuit and operation interface.In addition,in order to ensure and improve the safety of the construction work,the safety protection system of tunnel working platform is designed.The control system enables the operator to complete the integrated control and condition monitoring of the testing equipment and maintenance equipment in the cab.The tunnel disease treatment platform has become a comprehensive and highly integrated management platform,which meets the needs of information management,and improves the automation level of the existing railway tunnel disease control equipment.
